When you need a business
appraisal, you usually need
the services of a knowledgeable
appraiser - one with knowledge
of the IRS rulings; who
is ethical and experienced;
knows both the theory and
practice of business appraisal;
and is experienced testifying.
We value businesses for
a flat fee depending upon
the complexity. The valuation
consists of three copies
of a bound report. Deposition
and trial testimony are
extra. We will value the
business within three weeks
of receiving all necessary
documentation and information.

Economic Valuations
We value economic losses
for an hourly fee. This
valuation consists of written
report with calculations and supporting exhibits. Depositions
and trial testimony are extra.
